ANT TOWER COOKIES (KARINCA KULESI KURABIYESI)
4 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. sugar
1+2/3 stick butter (softened in room temp)
4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 condensed milk
Mix all ingredients together except condensed milk. Make the dough add flour if needed (make a hard dough). Put to the freezer for an hour. Take from freezer and grate all dough in a grater to the oven pan.(if dough is not hard enough put for some more time). Put the pan to the 300 F-350 F preheated oven and bake until golden brown. Let the dough crumbs cool down and add condensed milk, mix thoroughly. Then put to any small cup or glass and give a shape. Put to fridge for 20 min. and serve.
