Ingredients
-6 cups flour
-1 cup olive oil
-1 cup melted butter
-3 tbsp yogurt
-1 egg
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 pckt vanilla powder
-1 cup walnut, crushed
For Syrup
-3 cups sugar
-3 cups water
-1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
STEP 1
First prepare the syrup by boiling sugar and water for 3-5 minutes. Then, stir in lemon juice and leave aside to cool.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, mix softened butter, olive oil, egg, and yogurt. Then, add flour slowly and knead at the same time. Add baking powder and vanilla. The dough should be soft and non-sticky as cookie dough.
STEP 3
Grab egg size pieces of dough and flatten with your palms. Place one tea spoonful of crushed walnut in the middle. Give it an oval shape close it up on top as you see in the picture. Stick the edges pressing with your fingers. Arrange them over a greased baking tray and bake them in a preheated 350F (180C) oven until they turn brown for about 30-40 minutes.
STEP 4
Pour the cooled syrup over the dessert right after taking them out of the oven.Enjoy

Ingredients
-12 pieces lasagna noodles
-2 lt hot water (for boiling the noodles)
-2 cups cheddar/mozzarella, shredded
For groundbeef mixture
-1/4 cup olive oil
-2 onions,chopped
-1 lb groundbeef
-1 lb mushroom,washed and sliced
-2 carrots,shredded
-1 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tbsp salt
For Bechamel Sauce
-2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
-2 cups milk
-1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 370 F (180 C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook for 10-12 minutes or until al dente; drain.
STEP 2
Take ¼ cup of olive oil and ground beef in another pan and cook for about 8-10 minutes over medium heat. Stir in onion, carrot and mushroom and cook 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper .
STEP 3
Meanwhile place the butter in a pot and melt. Add the flour and sauté over low heat till its color change to yellow. Then, add milk and stir continuously to make Béchamel sauce smooth and even. If flour particles don’t dissolve use a blender. Add salt and cook for 3 minutes.
STEP 4
Place a layer of 3-4 cooked noodles over the greased baking tray, and spread one third of ground beef mixture on top, then spread one third of béchamel sauce over the mixture, cover with 3-4 noodles. Repeat twice with ground beef mixture, béchamel sauce and noodles. Spread the shredded mozzarella over the lasagna.Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

– 3 beet roots
-1/2 bunch of fresh dill,chopped
-1/3 bunch of Italian parsley,chopped
-1/2 cup of walnut,chopped
-2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
-1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
-1 tsp of vinegar
-salt
Method
STEP 1
Put the beets in a saucepan with water to cover and season generously with salt. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until fork tender, about 20 minutes. When the beets are cool enough to handle, peel them–the skins should slide right off with a bit of pressure from your fingers. If they don’t, use a paring knife to scrape off any bits that stick. Cut each beet into bite-sized wedges.
STEP 2
Whisk the vinegar with salt and lemon juice, to taste, in a bowl. Whisk in the olive oil in a slow steady stream to make a dressing. Toss the cut beets in the dressing; set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Add the chopped dill, parsley and walnut.

Ingredients
-1 cup garbanzo bean,either canned or boiled
-1 cup barley,boiled
-7 cups water
-1 tbsp butter
-1 tbsp flour
-1 cup yogurt
-1 egg
-1 tbsp salt
-1 tbsp dry mint
Method
STEP 1
In a bowl, whisk egg and yogurt then add the flour and get a smooth mixture
STEP 2
Place the garbanzo beans, barley and water in a pot and boil it. Stir in the yogurt egg flour mixture and continue stirring over medium heat.
STEP 3
In a small frying pan melt 2 tbsp of butter and once it starts spitting stir in dried mint and turn the heat off.Ladle the Soup into the serving bowls and drizzle some butter-mint mixture over. Serve warm.

Ingredients
-2 tbsp butter
-3 tbsp flour
-3 tbsp tomato paste
-½ lemon juice
-1 lb chicken breast
-1 tsp salt to taste
-½ tsp black pepper
-4 cups of water
Method
STEP 1
Place the chicken in a pot and add 6-8 cups of water. Add 1 tsp salt and boil until the chicken is cooked. Then, cool the chicken and cut into small bite sizes.
STEP 2
In a pot, place the butter and flour. Over low heat, sauté the flour with butter for about 3 minutes until its color changes to yellow. Then add tomato paste and sauté for 3 minutes. Add cold water.Stir constantly over high medium heat.After 10 min boiling add the chicken pieces ,lemon juice and salt. Finally sprinkle black pepper on top and serve warm.
