Turkish Cooking Classes are organized by TAWA volunteers and whoever is interested in learning more about Mediterranean Cuisine or Turkish Cooking Styles can enroll for the classes. Registration fee is $50 for semester (6 classes) or $10 per class. Registration fee is accepted as cash or checks.

This fall I am very interested in taking the Saturday cooking classes.
We would be very happy to see you in our classes too
What types of meats will you be using? I love the cuisine, spices are wonderful. I do not eat beef, a little lamb is OK. Any vegetarian dishes? Sounds like a lot of fun.
Hmm we use all kinds of meat, beef, lamb, chicken..
We will definitely have vegetarian dishes as we had previously.
If you want to get special notification of vegetarian dishes, I can add you to that list.
